Scope of Work:
- Only the work agreed upon beforehand with the customer is included in this quote.

Scheduling and Deposits:
- Work will be scheduled after receiving a deposit of £50 per day for the maximum required days.

Additional Work:
- Additional work requested by the customer will be subject to an additional payment. If additional days are required, they will need to be arranged and paid for separately.

Payment Terms:
- Upon completion of the work, the customer has agreed to pay the quoted amount.
- Payment is due on invoice. If payment is delayed beyond 7 days, it may result in pursuing settlement through the small claims court to recover costs, including late-payment interest.
- If a second worker is used, it will incur charges for 2 days as the work has incurred twice the amount, but will be completed quicker.

Guarantee:
- If the work takes fewer days, then anticipated, the customer pays for the days worked.
- If the work takes more days, the customer pays no more than the maximum quoted amount.

Exceptions:
- If the customer specifies that the work must be completed within a certain number of days, the guarantee is void. For example, requesting a one-day job means the work will be done only on that day within my set hours.
- If you knowingly need more than 2 coats of paint which cause extra days required then you will incur additional charges to cover the extra days required.
- If primer coats are required, they are not covered by the guarantee and will require extra payment if more time is needed, unless arranged during the quote.

Disputes:
- Any dispute regarding the work done must be submitted in writing to myself within 24 hours of completion.
